DEPOSIT. All parties must be secured with a non refundable 50% deposit at time of booking
PARTY NUMBERS. Patrons may adjust the number of children attending without penalty up to five days before the party. Thereafter payment will be due on the number of children booked at the time of taking the deposit.
RESPONSIBILITY. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the children in their care at all times during the party. Children are not permitted to touch the characters or climb on the stage. Parents and guardians will be liable for any damages.
START TIME. The party will start at the time stated at the time of booking. We encourage the party members to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the party so as not to miss the allocated time.
FOOD. The refreshments provided at the party are margherita pizza and soft drinks, these are provided solely for the consumption of the children attending
SHOW. We will run the Hannah Banana show during the birthday party where the characters will sing and dance for approximately 30 minutes.
HANNAH BANANA. Hannah Banana will make an appearance and sing Happy Birthday to the birthday boy or girl.
FINAL PAYMENT. The balance for the party payment will be made immediately following the completion of the party when the children are asked to vacate the party area.
